Why a VR University?
iUNI emerged from Wartens UK Ltd, an industrial automation company with over 13 years of experience engineering solutions for manufacturing, energy, and logistics operations across the globe.
Working with factory floors and production lines, we saw firsthand how industrial training was stuck in the past - PowerPoint slides, paper manuals, and shadowing experienced workers. The result was slow onboarding, safety incidents, and costly equipment downtime.
We asked: what if you could learn to operate a PLC, respond to a factory fire, or maintain a conveyor system - all inside Virtual Reality, with no risk and unlimited practice?
That question became iUNI - the Immersive University. A fully functioning VR university where every course, every lab, every assessment happens inside a headset. Not as a supplement to traditional training, but as the entire experience.
